Canton Fair is an international trade event with the longest history, the largest scale, the largest number of countries and the most complete variety of commodities in China. Its main exhibition halls are all in Haizhu District. Wechat, THE most important App for Chinese, is also headquartered in the ITI Creative Park in this area. Haizhu District is undoubtedly the best location for Guangzhou Internet companies. The housing environment in this area is relatively good, most of the houses are close to the subway station, with convenient transportation and reasonable rent.
This is the geographical center of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area; it is also where the China's largest university city is located. Many entrepreneurial bases and educational institutions in South China are settling down here. There is a certain distance from the city center - it takes about 30 mins to the city center with public transportation.
