AI Product Intern (AI Native)

We are looking for someone who can actually build products with AI.
Codex and Claude Code have significantly accelerated product prototyping. However, understanding users, identifying the right problems, and making sound product decisions remain the most valuable skills.
You will help bring AI into Wellcee’s products and operations, including AI search and recommendations, customer service agents, content moderation, and workflow automation.
 
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in product-related internships or projects;
  • Hands-on experience with Codex / Claude Code and the ability to build working product demos;
  • At least one complete AI product, Agent, or Workflow project;
  • Strong understanding of user needs, product flows, and basic product strategy;
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframes and simple interaction design.
Nice to have:
  • Basic Python / JavaScript / API integration skills;
  • SQL and data analysis experience;
  • Understanding of Agents, RAG, Memory, and Webhooks;
  • Experience building products for real users or use cases.
Internship requirements:
  • Available for a full-time internship for at least 6 months;
  • On-site at our Shanghai office;
  • Strong performers may receive a full-time offer before graduation.
