User Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze core metrics such as user registration, activity, retention, and conversion; use SQL proficiently to extract and analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and provide optimization recommendations; independently conduct A/B testing and post-analysis to continuously optimize the growth funnel.
  • User Acquisition & Cold Start: Execute cold-start strategies for new cities, expand channels including local communities, campuses, KOLs, and KOCs; design and implement user referral programs, incentive systems, offline promotion activities, and other acquisition initiatives.
  • User Activation & Retention: Design strategies such as user reactivation campaigns, point-based incentives, and event revisit mechanisms to improve user engagement; assist in building user segmentation models and develop differentiated operational strategies for different user groups.
  • Content & Tool Execution: Proficient in using tools such as Figma, CapCut, and Canva to create basic visual and video materials; collaborate with design, product, and content teams to ensure efficient production of growth campaign assets.
  • User Insights & Communication: Engage directly with the community and communicate face-to-face with users to understand their motivations, pain points, and authentic feedback; translate user insights into inputs for data analysis and operational strategies.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–2 years of experience in internet user growth, data operations, or community operations; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome;
  • Proficient in SQL, with strong data analysis skills and a high level of data sensitivity;
  • Strong interest in user growth, retention, and referral systems, with solid execution and implementation abilities;
  • Clear logical thinking, resilience under pressure, strong retrospective ability, and a results-driven mindset with self-motivation;
  • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently drive projects forward within a team.

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience in user growth or private domain operations for C2C platforms or community-based products is preferred;
  • Passion for international communities, lifestyle, or social products.
