Responsibilities

• Connect with branded apartments and rental service providers in key cities;
• Build and optimize merchant collaboration processes to improve partnership quality and efficiency;
• Maintain merchant relationships to ensure housing compliance and a positive service experience;
• Track and analyze data on the Wellcee platform and provide commercialization-related recommendations to the company.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time program; candidates from 985/211 universities are preferred; experience in business development or marketing is a plus;
• Strong learning ability, communication skills, and resilience under pressure; self-motivated and goal-oriented;
• Proficient in office software such as Excel;
• Strong judgment and stress management skills, with basic public relations and crisis management abilities.

 

Bonus Points

• Familiar with SQL and hands-on experience is preferred;
• Cheerful, creative, empathetic, and someone who loves both users and Wellcee :)
