Hello, I'm Jonathan Ling from New Zealand! I speak basic chinese and work as a software engineer in Ericsson. I could possibly have a cat (depending on whether or not my roommate will give me one of hers). I plan on being in Beijing for at least another half a year and I play well with others. I'm a gamer and I do not make it a habit to bring lots of people over and when I do, i make sure i call ahead. I tend to eat out alot but i come with devices such as a steamer, air purifier, water purifier, a few pots and pans and harddisks full of shows.

This is a shared apartment with two lovely ladies(Local and American) that is located in DongZhiMen. A prime location between SanLiTun, HuTong and ShaoYaoJu. The room itself is a private loft with an office and private toilet. The office itself can be used as a room and sublet provided if you discuss it with the current tenants.  It comes with free utilities such as kitchenware, cleaning apparatuses, washing machines and a clothes rack. Electricity costs are around 200 a month shared between tenants and internet is 400 a year. The price is negotiable. The location is available from the 15th of May onwards.
