Looking for a cool girl to take over my awesome room in Huixinxijie Beikou! The room will be availble in mid-June (exact date still TBD, negotiable).

Monthly rent is 3300 rmb, to be paid every 3 months. 3000 rmb deposit. No agency fees.

About the location:
Our 3-bedroom flat is located in a nice neighborhood, within 5 mins walk to Huixinxijiebeikou (Line 5), and very close to Line 10. There is a Japanese mall selling all kinds of imported products right across the street (Ito Yokado); a Wu-Mart and lots of small shops within a walking distance.

About the room:
It is new, spacious and bright, with lots storage space. It includes a massive wardrobe, a TV, a nice bed with extra storage underneath, a balcony with tons of hangers to let your clothes dry after laundry, etc.

About the flat:
You would be sharing our 3-bedroom apartment with 2 girls from China and Canada, both quiet, clean and super nice! No pets, no smoking in the apartment.

Our kitchen is fully equiped. We have everything you may need for cooking: kichen tools, microwave, oven etc. The washing machine is a pretty nice one too.
