Short term rent for 1 PERSON in a 4 bedrooms, 2 baths apartment duplex in Dongzhimen. Looking for 1 person to rent a big room 4600/month (May 27th 2019), deposit 4000 agency fee 1250 (we just renewed our contract). WIFI is also included (electricity, water, gas not included). This is a 2 floors apartment. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet and easy going. Non-smokers preferred. 

This is a great area, located 5 mins from DONGZHIMEN subway 🚊 line 2,13 & Airport Express, 5 mins taxi to Sanlitun, 10 mins by bike. We are located directly behind the famous Ghost street which is filled with loads of restaurants.  Raffle City- a mall has lots of restaurants, H&M, Zara, movie theater, grocery store etc... We have two 7 elevens around the corner.
