I’m renting a spacious apartment，which have 3 bedrooms near Taiyanggong/Shaoyaoju station.

The apartment is fully furnished with three queen sized bed, night stand, closet, sofa & coffee table and a TV. 

The apartment is very convenient within 10 minutes’ walk to metro station, grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet at night. I never had any problem living here.

The rent includes WiFi and TV. 

房子是我自己的，房间非常干净，家具家电也好，三室一厅整租，每个房间都是1.5米双人床，适合一家人或者三个好朋友。
房费包括物业费、取暖费、WiFi，水电燃气自理，大概几十块/每月。
