As my friend and I are moving out mid January 2019, we are looking for a new tenant for the apartment. 
Very nice 2 bedroom apartment close to Liudaokou for 7200 RMB per month. Close to Tsinghua (10min) and other Universities. Very nice and helpful community, the location is very quiet. 
We can introduce you to the community. We are no agents, in fact, we are students at Tsinghua and are moving back home. 
The apartment is fully furnished and we can leave some stuff like heater, air purifier, bikes etc. behind as we don't need them anymore.
