The apartment: This is a beautiful, modern apartment in Liulitun. We have a living room as well as a beautiful "winter garden" with a glass roof. All the furniture and appliances are new and in great condition. Very warm in winter with 24/7 hot water. The apartment is very tidy, we have an ayi who visits twice a month as well as a Xiaomi "cleaning robot" to keep the floor tidy.

The Room: Comes with a double bed, a large chest of drawers, desk and an air conditioner. The room also has storage boxes which can be kept under the bed.

Location: Very close to Chaoyang Park South Gate and not far from Sanlitun and Solana. The building is opposite different western restaurants, cafes as well as April Gourmet, the international supermarket. The nearest subway station is Chaoyang Park, roughly 5-10 minutes away. There are also closer bus stops which have direct links to the CBD, Dongzhiment, Liangmaqiao, and Tuanjiehu.

Roommates: You would be living with two young female professionals. One roommate is actually the owner so she is brilliant at immediately fixing any problems, helping with the police registration process and does not ask for sneaky agent fees!

Please note 2 of the 3 rooms are available! I am leaving because I will move in with my boyfriend and my other roommate moved to Hong Kong.
