The rent is RMB 4,500 per month - include service fee, wifi, water, electricity and western kitchen and international TV channel. (Which is very hard to find in Beijing with this price.) 

Additionally the location is great- with DONGZHIMEN Subway station nearby,  10 mins by bike to Sanlitun and Hutong area. Very near to embassy area, 5 mins walk/2 mins biking to Australian Embassy, Canadian Embassy...

Two bedrooms in total, nice living room and kitchen. Very nice and convenient neighborhood. The other roommate is a young professional who works in finance industry. Would like to look for someone who is also a professional and have a long term interest to stay. And of course someone not just looking for a dorm- but a home :)
