工作原因搬家去海淀区了，挥泪转。这套当时刚装修好被我秒抢，我租了一年还有3个月到期，可以和我签3个月，或者和业主签长期的。珠江帝景的小区环境不用多说，楼下同户型已经比这个价格贵600了，网上可以查到。

靠近九龙山平乐园大郊亭地铁站，到国贸双井大望路1-2站。步行到平乐园地铁站10min，骑共享单车4-5min，早上小区门口也有单车可以骑。

室友女生，素质很好人很Nice。因为主卧有独卫，而且人也经常不在家，所以实际住起来很安静。客厅有餐桌，厨房的微波炉、燃气灶、冰箱都是新的。
