Because the situation in China doesn't promise opening the borders any time soon, and I am stuck abroad, I am renting out my room at Xizhimen.

The apartment is within 5 min walk from Xizhimen station, in a hub with all sorts of shops and conveniences around. Worth mentioning it is 12 minutes straight subway shot to Zhongguancun and Dongzhimen. It is in a cozy but not very spacious 3-room apartment with a nice kitchen, living room and a bar. The room is super comfy, with large bed and a huge window with a panoramic view of a river and 北京北站, where literally nobody is looking into your windows. We also have just installed a new AC in my room. The agent is very nice and has been helping in any issue (like AC installation). 

I am planning to move my stuff out on 20th of June, but can do earlier. The rent is 4000 RMB monthly, I have prepaid the commission till August. I can rent it out for short term till I come back, or long-term, for good. Please reach out to me for more info.
