Looking for flatmate to share my 2 bedrooms-apartment  in the Qianmen district, easy to go everywhere in Beijing. The room is available at 23th JAN. It's 15 square meters, 3500 RMB/month. 25square meters, 4200 RMB/month.  Subway line1, 2, 5 ,8 which is very convenient. It is close by Tiananmen, Wangfujing and Qianmen. Looking forward to find a cheerful, easy going and clean person, preferably with a full time job. Ich suche eine/n MitbewohnerIn für meine 2er-WG in Qianmen, genau in der Nähe von der Tiananmen Platz. Die Wohnung ist ca. 58qm groß, mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer und einer Küche. Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist 13qm, Warmmiete 3,000 RMB und einziehbar ab sofort. Es ist eilmöbliert. 整套房子可以说是像宜家样板间，所有家具都是宜家的。要出租的除了图中浅色壁纸那间（3500 每月），还有带阳台的主卧（4200 每月）。
这里应该是全中国最安全的地方了，在中国最高人民法院对面，北京公安局后面，距离天安门广场只有百米距离，绝对的核心区域，1，2，5,  8，7号线线均步行可达，去哪里都方便。
房子没有客厅。
