Hello, I am looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my apartment. I am open to having a short term renter 1-3 months. Male or female is okay. I have the lease until August 2021 and will consider to renew the contract.

I currently have a small dog and work full time. My schedule is often the same each week and will not fluctuate too much.

Everything is paid directly to me as I have the lease for the entire house. I pay the landlord quarterly for rent, water, and electricity.
The location is ideal and conveniently located between Line 10 Panjiayuan and Line 14 Beigongdaximen. At night, the area is very quiet and you can find many restaurants and supermarkets located nearby.

You should bring your own mattress or get a sleeping pad. Underneath the bed space is a lot of extra storage space.
