I'm a nice, friendly, clean and neat young Chinese girl. I am looking for a nice roommate to share my large apartment with starting  April，2026（4月24日左右），You can rent for a short time or long time , I’m very flexible!

The apartment is on the sunny 5th floor of a building in xingfu2cun (off of Xindong Lu) Next to the Bentley 4s shop；the golden mile;There are so many nice Restaurants and Bars, Jenny Lou’s, April Gourmet, Super Markets, Sanlitun Village, Embassy Areas, etc. It’s very convenient to go anywhere, Line3 and Line17（Gongrentiyuchang subway ）and the airport express train or L ine2 and 13（Dongzhimen subway） stations are all nearby. Line 10 （Nongyezhanlanguan subway ）station is close. The bus station is right outside the apartment building.

6.Very fast WIFI (500MB), 24 hr hot water, central heaeach room, washing machine, TV, Fridge, etc.

The available room is:

2. Double  Bed with comfortable a mattress .
3. There’s a desk and chair, and a full-wall wardrobe(plenty of room for everything)
4. Facing south over a quiet neighborhood , the room is bright and sunny all year-round.
5. The entire apartment remains warm and toasty during the winter.
Available: The room is available from April ,2026（4月24日）（Time is very flexible）

Rental price:
1 year Rent:  4200 RMB  per month
6 months Rent: 4800 RMB per month
3 month Rent: 5600 RMB Per month
You: I am indifferent to whether you are Chinese or foreign, male or female, though English speakers are preferred. I can speak English and teach you Chinese if you want.
