因为长期不在北京，所以出租两居室的其中一个次卧。入住即可享受独居生活（大部分时间）
房间朝西大约10平米。房子是电梯房的六楼，离团结湖地铁站1分钟步行。
10分钟走到太古里，周边麦当劳711等设施配套齐全，从盖浇饭到bistro都可以找到，还有非常大的生鲜超市和东枫体育公园（篮球，高尔夫，足球，飞盘）。
15分钟可以到朝阳公园或者朝阳公园地铁站。
T11和盒马都可以快速送达。
水电网费我们aa，我平时不怎么用客厅，你可以随意使用。对未来的合租伙伴只有一个要求，注意卫生。我们可以平摊阿姨的费用如果你和我一样喜欢干净的环境但是很懒。
9月15日后可租住
This is a two bedrooms apartment located near Sanlintun area。（i actually not always in the place so basically you will live alone in the apartment）
6th floor with elevator
1 mins walk to the Tuanjiehu metro station and bus station
5 mins walk to 711 and McDonald’s
10 mins walk to Sanlitun Taikooli
12 mins walk to Chaoyang Park
Plenty of bistros、bars、restaurants、market nearby
One small bedroom（about 10m2）is available now,faced to the west and filled with sunshine in the afternoon. 
We share other fees(net/gas/water...etc) room available after Sept 15th，will resign with landlord in October
