My apartment: A 5-minute walk from Jinshi Road Station on Metro Lines 6 and 30 in Chengdu. It features a convenient snack street downstairs, excellent amenities, and great transport links. 

Minimum lease term: 3 months.
Long-term rental (12+ months): 3000 RMB/month
Short-term rental (3–12 months): 3200 RMB/month (internet included )
Utilities (water, electricity, and property management fees) are borne by the tenant.
