目前兩個人都是學生，比較好相處，就是回來睡個覺。窗外有伸縮衣架可以曬衣服，距離太子站很近，太子東站也很近，獨衛，有個小榻房，冰箱很大且節能，廚具齊全。位於二樓，樓下是女人街，很熱鬧也有網紅打卡點。有小風扇，晚上不熱。房間沒開網絡，水電費均攤，比較擠，但簡單生活和睡覺是沒問1題的，適合想省錢且樂於交友的學生。長租優先。
