居住礼仪：保持公共区域卫生，✋不留食物/垃圾于公区，✋不无故留宿他人，👌欢迎派对，👌欢迎音乐，👌欢迎LGBTQI群体

（方案1️⃣）
长租次卧：月租金7000，水电煤按人头，包网络
你的室友：单身Gay*1，还有一只5岁热情边牧居住公区
使用空间：次卧及专属大卫生间，和主卧共享客厅、餐厅厨房等区域
租期时间：1-2年，自8月中起，可商议调整

（方案2️⃣）
短租次卧：月租金9500，租期自负水电煤，包网络
你的室友：（目前是）单身Gay*1，还有一只5岁热情边牧居住公区，后续可能会零星有人变动，居住礼仪互不打扰
使用空间：次卧及专属大卫生间，期间主卧锁住，其余区域独享
租期时间：8月中-10月中，自8月中起，起租日可商议，租期时长可适当延长

House Rules / Living Etiquette: Keep common areas tidy. ✋ No food or trash left in common areas. ✋ No overnight guests without prior consent. 👌 Parties welcome. 👌 Music welcome. 👌 LGBTQI+ friendly.


Option 1️⃣ – Long-term Sublet (Second Bedroom)
· Monthly rent: 7,000 RMB. Utilities (water/electricity/gas) split by headcount. Internet included.
· Your roommate(s): One single gay male, plus a 5-year-old energetic Border Collie who stays in the common areas.
· Space: Second bedroom + private large bathroom. Shared living room, dining room, kitchen, etc. with the master bedroom occupant.
· Lease term: 1–2 years, starting mid-August. Dates are negotiable.


Option 2️⃣– Short-term Sublet (Second Bedroom)
· Monthly rent: 9,500 RMB. Utilities at your own expense for the lease duration. Internet included.
· Your roommate(s): (Currently) one single gay male, plus a 5-year-old energetic Border Collie in the living room. **There may be occasional changes in master bedroom occupancy later, but we strictly follow the "mutual non-disturbance" etiquette.
· Space: Second bedroom + private large bathroom. Master bedroom will be locked
