Located in Da’an City (达安城), right in the heart of Jing’an, this is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment of approximately 138 sqm.

The best part? Only 2 people will be living here!

One bedroom is mine, one will be yours, and the third is a dedicated yoga & Pilates room that we can both enjoy.

I’d love to keep the apartment a cozy, peaceful home rather than a typical crowded shared flat.

I have a Samoyed named Biubiu! He’s a friendly, fluffy boy who is very much part of the family.

So I’m looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and is happy to share a home with one. A little dog hair is part of the package! 🤍

I’m a working professional who enjoys Pilates, fitness, and spending time outdoors with my dog.

I like keeping my home clean, cozy, and relaxed. I enjoy good conversations and occasionally sharing a meal, but I also really value personal space and privacy.
