The flat is located near by UIBE, it is 10 minutes walk from Shaoyaoju line 10 and there are a lot of bus stops around. The transportation is really convenient for wherever you'd like to go, to get to Sanlitun is only about 15-20 minutes by taxi ( 25-30 rmb ).

You'll share the flat with a really lovely Canadian girl, who is extremely friendly, easy-going, respectful and quite tolerant when it comes to your own space around. She is tidy and clean, a great cook, as well. 

The apartment has 2 bedrooms ( the bigger one is the available one ), a spacious living room, a kitchen, a storage room, a laundry room and one big bathroom with a toilet.

The available bedroom has: one single bed ( it's possible to make it double since there is one more single bed in the storage room ), a wardrobe, a night cupboard by the bed, one other wardrobe with a mirror in front and a desk with many drawers with a cupboard attached ( you can use it for cosmetics ) and a huge window that gives a lot of natural light to the room. 
The kitchen is fully equipped and it has all the kitchenware. The living and the dining rooms share a common space. 

Extras: XIAOMI air-purifier and vacuum cleaner, one year paid internet 

The bills are very reasonable, the water is heated by GAS therefore the utilities payments are very low!
