Product Experience Designer
You will be responsible for the experience design of Wellcee’s multi-platform products, including Web, App, and Mini Program, and participate in the full product process from requirement discussions and feature breakdown to high-fidelity prototype delivery.
Responsibilities
- Independently complete high-fidelity prototype design for Web / App / Mini Program, covering user flows, information architecture, interaction logic, and visual experience.
- Deeply participate in product requirement discussions, feature breakdown, and user story development, without being limited to traditional UI / UX execution.
- Proactively identify experience issues and drive improvements based on user feedback, data performance, click heatmaps, and other insights.
- In the future, you may also participate in multiple product directions, including user growth, commercialization, community content ecosystem, and overseas products.
Requirements
- Proficient in Figma, with solid product design capabilities and the ability to deliver high-fidelity prototypes with clear structure and stable visual quality.
- Understand multi-platform design standards for Web / App / Mini Program, with strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
- Have strong product understanding, and be able to understand business goals, user needs, and feature logic.
- A portfolio is required, and candidates should be open to completing a design assignment.
- Deeply use AI tools to improve work efficiency, such as Claude Code / Codex / Cursor.
