User Growth Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user growth strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and conversion through data analysis, user insights, marketing, and community operations;
  • Oversee both operational growth initiatives (referral programs, incentives, community engagement) and product-led growth design (signup conversion, retention mechanisms, etc.) to build a complete growth loop;
  • Build and iterate growth analysis models, continuously optimizing performance through funnel analysis, A/B testing, and other growth methodologies;
  • Plan differentiated growth campaigns that enhance user engagement and word-of-mouth within the community atmosphere;
  • Demonstrate team management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities to efficiently drive growth projects forward.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–3 years of experience in To C internet products or user growth; experience in community, C2C, or social products is preferred;
  • Strong independent thinking on user growth, retention, community operations, and trend-driven marketing, with the ability to turn ideas into executable plans;
  • Highly data-sensitive and familiar with growth methodologies such as funnel analysis and A/B testing;
  • Strong communication and execution skills, result-oriented mindset, and some team management experience.

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience working on To C rental platforms or community-based products;
  • Familiarity with AI applications in user growth;
  • Interest in rental, lifestyle, or social products.
