Hi all! I'm looking for someone to take over my room starting the 31st of May or 10th of June.
The room is in a duplex apartment in Nanyueya hutong. There are two rooms in the apartment. The downstairs area has the kitchen, the bathroom (Western style toilet), and the second bedroom, currently occupied by a Chinese couple. The upstairs area has the living room and the bedroom I'm leaving. My roommates never use the living room so you'd pretty much have it to yourself. The bedroom is very bright and the bed is huge and super comfortable. The room itself is around 15m² and the living room must be around 20m² + downstairs area.
The neighborhood is great. 5min walk to Nanluoguxiang station (Line 6 and 8), 15min walk to Gulou area, 10min walk to Beihai Park, Jingshan Park, Sichahai Lake, 15min to the Forbidden City (+20min bus ride to Sanlitun). There are two bus stations very close by, about 10 different bus lines. There are plenty of restaurants of different types and stores all around the apartment. 
The rent is 3800/month + utilities. I pay around 120/month for gas, electricity, water and internet (less expensive during summer, 'cause heating is the most costly)
The apartment is currently covered by an agency so there are agent fees. Usually, it's a month rent but it's negotiable.
