Hello! Sadly, I’m leaving Beijing so I’m looking for a new tenant for my current abode - a one bedroom apartment in Shuangjing. The place will be available for rent from August or as early as late July. Rent is RMB6,500 a month, dealing directly with the owner (so no agent’s fee). Landlady is super nice, reasonable and easy to deal with. The apartment is pretty spacious for a one bedroom and the price is VERY reasonable for the area. The location of the apartment is very convenient, it’s a 7 minute walk from the Shuangjing metro station on Line 10. It’s also a 5 minute walk from the Fuli Cheng mall, a newer mall near the metro station, a nearby Carrefour and the Pingguo Art Street.
