We are looking for a new roommate as of Nov 1! Located on the northwest side of Chaoyang Park (5 mins walk to the north gate, a couple of mins walk into Solana, and 10 minutes walk to Liangmaqiao station), the single room is bright, clean, and has all of the necessary bedroom modcons (bed, wardrobe, sofa, air con). 

Rent would be paid month by month at RMB 5,500 + bills (we have the lease until September next year and are open to long- and short-term renters). Individuals preferred.

Usual house activities include: sitting on our massive couch, watching movies, cooking, and generally having a baller time.
