Description
I am leaving my bedroom on the 2nd of April 2019 as I am moving back to France for work. I have spent two years in this appartment and loved it. Some details about the room and the flat : - The flat is in a very convenient location : 10 min away from Dongzhimen station (line 2 and 13) and the Airport express. There are several bus stations nearby where you can find buses that will take you to the hutongs (gulou) and sanlitun. It’s close to Raffles city mall (H&M, zara, supermarkets…) as well as some nice places for going out (ex : Jing A). - The room has everything you need : a double bed, a desk, lamps, chair, air conditioning, shelves for your books, a big wardrobe as well as drawers under the bed. - The flat is well equiped : a kitchen with all the kitchen tools a fridge and a microwave, a big living room, one bathroom where there is the washing machine. The flat is very bright. It is in a very calm area and was renovated when i moved in. Honestly, I had a lot of difficulties finding a flat in Beijing and was very happy when i found it. - You will be sharing your flat with an amazing roommate : a franco-spanish graphist designer. She is extremly friendly, tidy and calm. She will be a great roommate and i am sure also a great friend, as she was for me. - The flat is a Ziroom flat : therefore you will have a cleaning lady coming once a month, and other services (they have their own repairer that can come to your place within 24H if something breaks). Price : 4000 yuan / month, 1500 yuan deposit, no agent fee. The rent is paid every 3 months. What kind of person I am looking for to replace me ? : - Someone staying long term, preferably one year - Has a stable job - Is friendly, open minded, LGBT friendly, respectul, tidy - We don’t organize big parties in our flat, but we’ve organised casual events such as diner with friends, christmas celebration… - My roommate respects personnal space but she is also keen on going out and share some good time with her new roommate. You can move to the flat on the 3rd of April.
