You will live in the room in the picture. I previously also have lived there for several months, so I can tell from my own experience that it is a really nice and cozy room. Now I live in the second room of the flat.
The flat is located in a nice calm compound area / 工体西里小区, which is great for relaxing with friends, having picknicks etc. in the summer. Just opposite is an outdoor market which offers fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs or meat every morning. On the other side of the corner there is the French Cultural Center and a few metres further the Spanish Center. Chaoyangmen Metro Station (Line 2&6) is about 10mins by foot or 5mins by bike. Dongdaqiao is almost the same distance. Sanlitun is super close, as well as the nice and beautiful Ritan Park.
