I rent the house just for a short living but it's a long term contract. I would like to sublet the cozy 1br apt with artistice taste to the right person and,and wish u have a great time in wudaokou area during ur stay in Beijing.

It's 1br apt around 70 sqaure meters ,furnitures and facilities are new. The feeling is more like a standard hotel room.

The windows are all towards the west with a great and wonderful view of distance moutain behind Peking university,which means u have chance to enjoy the pic of mountain when sitting at the living room and bedroom.In the day time,the light from outside waving an abstract and intreasting moving pic projet on the wall .That's definitely an amazing feeling.

Aslo it's convenient to grab the bus and subway which are downstairs only a few mins' walk the most. It's easy to have a taste of crusine from diffrent countries in the plaza surround ur apt wihch make ur life in Beijing homelike

If u are student or teacher r going to the famous univeristy around ,dont hesitate to take this apt and u wont regret
