Im in Europe for work right now, can't get back to Beijing so far in a short term and I'm not sure when would I get back. In this case I wanna continue renting out my room to compensate my rental. Due to the urgency, hope to rent out asap! The apartment is available to go check or move in at anytime!!! Here's some basic info below, please read it carefully before you ask questions!! My room is rent from famous Danke House, so it's legitimate for sure. It's nearest subway is line 6 Qingnianlu station, 15mins walk to the joy city mall and Qingnianlu station, 20 mins bus to Sanlitun(!!!!!please read it carefully before you ask questions). 8 mins to Walmart supermarket and a big cinema. 5 mins walk to dongfeng park which is quite original than any other kind in Beijing. It's a shared apartment, so I have one roommate, a male, normal young employee, easygoing, warmhearted and quiet. My room is the major room suitable for living alone. One shared kitchen, one bathroom and a big living room . The cleaning lady would come to clean public area every two weeks for free.
