The bigger room in my apartment is available now and I am looking for someone who loves the neighborhood and the Beijing community to share this cozy apartment with. 

The apartment is about 63 sqm, with a living room, a half-open kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. It's filled with sunlight during the day and the complex is friendly and quiet even though it's situated in the busy Chunxiu/Gongti/Sanlitun neighborhood. The location is incredible - a few minutes' walk to buses that go to all directions especially to popular destinations such as Houhai, Beihai and Jingshan. Line 2, 10, 6 and 13 are all within 5-10min bike ride. 

The available room has a king bed, brand-new closet, work desk and chair. It also has a balcony - great for morning tea and watching the sun rise! The apartment has everything you need - water filter, air filter, kitchen wear, cooking utensils, sofa, dinning table, ACs, fast wifi and VERY good heating for the winter. 

I'll be your roommate - I have been living in this complex for almost 4 years and still loving it! I love engaging in the community activities so I feel very lucky to live in this apartment as it's walking distance to all the fun gathering and events. I am looking forward to welcoming you to Beijing and to the apartment!
