Hi there,

I'm Sean, Canadian, leaving Beijing in about a week. I can be flexible about the timing according to your preference - if you want to move in straight away it's possible. Looking for someone to take over my room in a 2br place. It's on the 20th floor, nice modern interior, and just a few minutes walk to Shuangjing station. Lily's American Diner is across the street.

There are 3 months left on the lease, and after that you can continue month-to-month.

My roommate is American, early 30's and works in media. He's a super chill, responsible guy, and he likes to keep common areas neat and clean. He's often away for work. Common areas are a kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, a big living room which my roommate rarely uses, with TV, sectional sofa, and and nice bright breakfast nook facing south.

The bedroom faces north, and it looks out on the the CBD. It has a cool night view of the skyline. The bedroom has a king size bed, built in closets, and a big window ledge where you can sit and read.

The building complex has nice grounds with ponds, etc.

Rent is 5000RMB a month, paid bi-monthly, and a 5000RMB refundable deposit is expected. We use a weekly cleaning service, which is 100RMB/week which is split 50/50 with my roommate I've been happy with the place and I think it's quite a good value for what it is.
