Description

The bedroom is in a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment has a living room with TV, a dining room, and kitchen with oven, grill and microwave. It also has a private balcony/patio inside the apartment, which keeps the bedroom a little warmer and is a good place for storage and drying clothes. Central heating has already turned on so the apartment is warm 24/7. A new AC unit has also just been put in the room which can both cool and heat.

The area has a large park nearby, two large malls at the two nearby subway stations, and a pharmacy, convenience store and several restaurants on the other side of the road. Ikea is a 5-10 minute taxi ride away.

The apartment has one flatmate, from Northern Ireland. The room is available for 4,000 rmb per month, with no agency fees. Room will become available from December 11th onwards, but we may be able to give some flexibility if you'd be interested in moving in sooner. We're also happy to accept those only staying for the short-term too (four months at least).  I also have a bunch of furniture which I bought from Ikea during the summer, which I'm happy to leave for you if you want it - a desk, lamp, ironing board, and clothes hangers.
