My roommate and I signed a 6 month lease, but our semester at Tsinghua is only 4 months long, so we are looking for someone to take up the remaining two months of our lease (January & February). 
This apartment has truly become our home, and we absolutely love it. 
It has a great location, 5 minute walk to the metro (Line 13, Wudaokou Station), and 15 minute walk to Tsinghua University. 10 minute walk to grocery stores such as Lotus or D-mart (where you can find lots of western goodies). Surrounded by many little restaurants and shops, and also some very nice bars. 

The apartment itself is small and cozy, but a good enough size to sustain all your daily needs. Comes with a nice kitchen, one full bathroom with a washing machine and two very spacious bedrooms. 

Move in date is negotiable! You may be able to move in end of December without an extra charge. Price is also negotiable depending on your method of payment. Utilities are not included but overall are super cheap!
