I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment and finish my contract. My landlord is very flexible (and also very helpful), so the contract can be extended on a daily/monthly/yearly basis. It's up to you! No agent fee and no internet fee (until the end of my contract).

The rent is very affordable for its central location. Currently, my neighborhood is part of the quarantine watch, which just means that people have to register coming in and out of the community. I'm less than 10 minutes walking distance to both line 5 and line 2 (Beixinqiao and Lama Temple). 

This area is great for its walks, charm, and peacefulness. The bedroom is beyond belief peaceful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. You also have the opportunity to buy some of the stuff that I'm leaving behind, so the apartment can also come completely furnished with a home gym, bedding and pillows, keyboard, water cooler and more (if you'd like). It's also a pet-friendly place, and it comes with a sunroof that opens  --- which my cat LOVES because she can go outside and explore the hutongs. 

The apartment also has plenty of heating and cooling. It's perfectly warm in the winter and cool in the summer. No mosquitos and no bugs!!! 

Rent and deposit need to be paid upfront when you move in (3 + 1), the move-in date is flexible but I prefer around the 15th of March.
