My cozy apartment locates in the center of most vibrant areas in Beijing - Sanlitun, but don’t worry it’s also very quite since no traffic around the building.
How convenient? 5mins to Sanlitun Village by foot, 7 mins to Gongti’s night clubs (Vics, Mix, 1/3...), 10 mins to embassy zone, 15 mins to Baoli Theater to get various artistic performances. Many many bars, restaurants, convenience stores, markets are also around you.
Traffic? Subway line 10 Tuanjiehu and line 2 Dongsishitiao are the options. And many buses...
About the room: newly renovated in 2017 and currently my husband and I live in here. We cherish everything in this house and maintain it with love and care, choose the best appliances and furnitures (Bosch, Siemens, Panasonic, Daikin,Xiaomi etc.).

Now we hope to choose one tenant who could also cherish the house and live in it comfortably and happily just like us.
