My internship is coming to an end, so my landlord needs to find a replacement for me. 

Apartment is nearby Shuangjing and Jiulongshan metrostations, so the location is really good! CBD area is nearby, lots of restaurants, shopping malls etc. One nice Chinese flatmate. Apartment is clean and spacious with good heating and AC system. 

You can move in immediately or at the end of this month/in the beginning of March.
