房间是复式公寓，现在出租的是楼下的次卧，一个10平方的小房间 ，但是客厅非常宽敞明亮适。楼下住的是一位很nice的小姐姐，楼上也是一个单身小姐姐。楼下俩人share一个大客厅和阳台，合同直接和房东签，10月1号或者从11月1日开始入住，随时来看房.骑车10分钟到三里屯，15到南锣鼓巷，楼后面就是簋街，旁边是来福士广场和银座， 离地铁5分钟路程，2号线13号线，5号线，东直门枢纽站。小区特别安静。无中介费，平摊水电费。男女不限。接受带猫。
