I'm looking for someone to take my room because I'm moving out to Shanghai. The apartment has a very good location,in the hutongs, 5 minutes walking to Andingmen subway station (line 2) and 10 minutes walking to Lama Temple subway station (line 5). The area is very agreeable and convenient, with a lot of markets, foreign stores, bars, nice coffee places and restaurants. The residence is very quiet and peaceful. Very near from Confucius Temple and Lama Temple (5 minutes walking). The apartment is big and bright, with a big living room, kitchen and balcony. The apartment is shared with 3 others foreigners from Mexico, Thailand and Canada.
The rent is 3500 rmb per month and we pay it every 3 months.
