I’m renting out one bedroom in this 2 bedroom apartment, available for both short term and long term rental. Room is available now, I signed contract directly with landlord, have already lived here for 3 years, no agency fee. Current contract extended to June 20, 2021. Rent for one month: 2950RMB per month plus deposit (all utility and WiFi fees are covered), I’m ok if you want to pay me rent monthly, but I did pay landlord 3 months rent at once. In between subway line 5 Beiyuanlu North/Lishuiqiao South, next to the compound there are many buses goes to subway station, so the transportation is convenient. 5-7 minutes by bus&bike to the subway station. Close to Olympic Forest Park North, perfect for who likes to have a morning run or weekend workout in the park, plus we are currently doing a cardio+salsa dancing session every week in the park area.
