I’m renting out one bedroom in this 2 bedroom apartment, available for both short term and long term rental. Room is available now, I signed contract directly with landlord, have already lived here for 3 years, no agency fee.

Current contract extended to June 20, 2021.

Rent for one month: 2950RMB per month plus deposit (all utility and WiFi fees are covered), I’m ok if you want to pay me rent monthly, but I did pay landlord 3 months rent at once.

In between subway line 5 Beiyuanlu North/Lishuiqiao South, next to the compound there are many buses goes to subway station, so the transportation is convenient. 5-7 minutes by bus&bike to the subway station.

Close to Olympic Forest Park North, perfect for who likes to have a morning run or weekend workout in the park, plus we are currently doing a cardio+salsa dancing session every week in the park area.

No elevator, 6th floor.

出租一间朝南卧室，长短租都可以。希望找到一个生活习惯好，不抽烟，使用完公共区域会打扫干净，互相尊重，好相处的室友。

房租里面包含了水电燃气及网费，没有其他费用。

如果有需要，可以为短租室友提供床品浴巾吹风机等用品，可以直接拎包入住。
