Apartment comes with all amenities and a great space for movies and workout/yoga as well as a sizable balcony for drinking/chilling. The whole apartment is available. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Master bedroom 11 sqm w/ balcony, guest bedroom 10 sqm w/ a cute bay window for sunset spotting. 
I’m a mid-career professional who is moving on for adventures in a new city. Hope to find someone who share similar home decor tastes or lifestyle, ideally someone who’s moved to Beijing recently and need a ready/made cozy home without having to put in extra efforts/time for setting it up.
