There is an elevator in the building and the apartment is at the third floor. The apt has a spacious living room and a bedroom with nice view. It is equipped with furnitures and basically everything you need, so you can move in with only your necessaries. The rent is 3800 rmb/month with 1900 rmb rent security deposit. *Short term rate is negotiable on this basis. Long term would be higher. Security deposit is paid up front. We will split all other fees including electricity, water, WiFi and gas. Move-in date is any time from now on. Short term is preferred.
