I’m looking for a female roommate who is quiet and organized. If you want to be alone, most likely you won’t see me very often. I have a busy schedule on weekdays. I’m also more than willing to cook and enjoy life with you

Joy City shopping mall is in about 5 mins walk with plenty of food and stores. Subway station is about 8-10 mins walk. 

It’s located in a very nice neighborhood, quiet and safe with 24 hour security guards. You will need to go through three security doors to enter. There is an elevator in the building and the apartment is at the third floor. 

The apt has a spacious living room and a bedroom with nice view. It is equipped with furnitures and basically everything you need, so you can move in with only your necessaries. 

The rent is 3800 rmb/month with 1900 rmb rent security deposit. *Short term rate is negotiable on this basis. Long term would be higher. 

Security deposit is paid up front. We will split all other fees including electricity, water, WiFi and gas. 

Move-in date is any time from now on. Short term is preferred.

室友要求：女生，爱干净，工作日正常作息时间

房租：3800/月，押金1900，水电网煤气均摊

*随时可以入住，短租价格可以在这个基础上商量，长租价格会高于3800/月。
