本人在双桥地铁北面的天坛生物研究所家属区里租了一套两居室，现在是我和朋友一起住着，我朋友下个月会离开北京，所以有意分租其中的次卧。欢迎有需要的朋友联系。
房子情况：
位于5/5层，面积大概10平米。北向窗；公用餐厅、厨房和卫生间.
目前住户情况：
本人男生，在生物研究所的办公区上班，从事建筑设计。有两只家猫，所以合租者最好是有过养猫经历或了解猫对生活的影响，
费用情况：
房租2100一个月，押一付三，水电燃气费均摊,无其他费用。
入住时间：
随时可以入住。

This appartment is located in the North side of the Shuangqiao subway station. I am currently living with my friend who is going to leave Beijing, that is the reason why i am subletting one room of the appartment. 

The room is around 10Sqm, with a North-facing window. we will share kitchen, bathroom and dinning room together. 

I have two cats, so I wich  that you are the person who had an experience or knowlage of living with them.

advantage: we have many free sports playground, and garden.
disadvantage: this is an old residential area. 80s'
