位置在龙腾苑四区，距离13号线回龙观地铁站步行不到10分钟，小区门口有BHG商场，华联超市，往北800米左右有文化市场，物美等。三居，面积有118平米，整租下来的，要出租的次卧面积有13.4平米，9月5号可以入住，房子2021年1月5日到期，(那会儿换房子也是淡季，房租会便宜一些)。房租2600一个月，押一付三，水电燃气费平摊，没有中介费服务费乱七八糟的费用。

PS:网费我已经交了，就不用交了。我已经把房租交到10月5日了，所以如果想租的朋友，9月5日到10月5日的房租我2400租给你。10月5日到次年1月5日的房租你2600每月交给房东就好。

其他两个室友是两个妹子，都从事互联网行业，无不良嗜好。
