①  在西北旺，马连洼，跟谁学，中关村软件园或者附近上班的朋友们看一看！518始发站，周围有908/346/651等公交线路。
 
②  正规小次卧，价格优惠，每月仅需1500，付3押1，合同到明年4月份到期，过后可续租。卫生费全年已经交过，一直到明天4月份，全部赠送；集中供暖，水电均摊。
 
③  基础设施：空调，洗衣机，冰箱，热水器等。
 
由于白天要上班，看房时间最好是在晚上七点半以后以及周末，这样我都在家。
