Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist 13qm, Warmmiete 3,000 RMB und einziehbar ab sofort. Es ist eilmöbliert. Freundliche Grüße, Dorothea. 整套房子可以说是像宜家样板间，所有家具都是宜家的。要出租的除了图中浅色壁纸那间（3500 每月），还有带阳台的主卧（4200 每月）。 这里应该是全中国最安全的地方了，在中国最高人民法院对面，北京公安局后面，距离天安门广场只有百米距离，绝对的核心区域，1，2，5, 8，7号线线均步行可达，去哪里都方便。 房子没有客厅。
