The bathroom has a tub so you can sauna your way through the cold winter months, and the living room has a projector and a pull-out sofa for maximum relaxation. The other two rooms are inhabited by two very chill girls who will treat you to coffee, tea, and red wine if you treat them right. Rent is 4,900 yuan per month and deposit is one month. Internet and heating included. An additional 300 yuan per person per month pays for an ayi who does the dishes, cleans the apartment and washes clothes and bedsheets twice per week. Room available around mid July.
