房子坐落在北京朝阳区三里屯北小街。靠近使馆区和亮马河。对于在亮马桥附近工作的朋友很方便。我因为个人原因要转租我的房间。我的房间是第三个卧室，价格2600每月。租期还剩下7个月（今年7月到明年1月31号）。最早可以6月22号左右住进来，6月剩余的房租不用支付。如果有意明年到期后续租，可以到时候和房东商量。押一付三。房东不希望住客养宠物。
我的两个室友都是全职工作者。中国和美国人，非常开朗健谈，希望找到类似的室友。希望是男生。

This house is located on Sanlitun North alley and close to embassy area. It is convenient for people who work near liangmaqiao. I need to sublet my room and it is 2600 per month. There is 7 months left on the lease from July 2021 to the end of January 2022. You can move in as early as around 22 June without paying any rent for the days in June. If you intend to continue the lease next year, you may talk to the landlord by then. One-month deposit and 3-month rent at once need to be paid. The landlord doesn’t allow the tenants to have pets. My two flatmates both have full time job and they are outgoing open minded and like to make new friends. They are Chinese and American. They hope to find similar tenant and preferably a guy.
