房子是我整租的，因朋友换工作，所以出租一个主卧，离地铁通州北苑站特别近，需要坐公交去国贸CBD也很方便就在旁边，地理位置绝佳！主卧大概15.16平不加阳台，具体没量过～之前两个人住，所以两张床。有个客厅，大家可以一起公用哦～还有我新换了沙发，差不多就这些吧～房租2500，没有服务费什么的，水电网均摊～
